Get Hired and Sponsored by an Australian Employer – Work Your Way to PR

Australia’s Employer Sponsored Visa program allows skilled overseas workers to be nominated by approved Australian employers for positions that cannot be filled locally. This is an excellent pathway to both temporary work and permanent residency, especially if your occupation is in high demand.
At Visa Smile International, we assist skilled professionals and employers in navigating every stage of the employer-sponsored visa process—from nomination to visa grant and PR transition.

What Are Employer Sponsored Visas?

These visas enable Australian employers to fill skill shortages by sponsoring qualified overseas workers. They are ideal for individuals with trade skills, IT qualifications, engineering backgrounds, healthcare expertise, and more.
There are both temporary and permanent options available.
